| Scholarship Application Criteria
STUDENT ELIGIBILITY
- High School Graduate
- Demonstrate Financial Need
- Must have good moral character and a record of service to the school and the community.
APPLICATION ACCEPTANCE PERIOD
- Feb 1st to April 1st of each year
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Completed application (incomplete applications will not be considered).
- Transcript of High School grades
- 3 letters of recommendations from references listed on the application
- SAT/ACT Scores (if applicable)
- Essay - not to exceed two pages
AMOUNT OF SCHOLARSHIP
- Up to $5,000 for 4 years (re-application necessary)
METHOD OF SELECTION
- Applications will be screened by the foundation board - Scholarship Committee
- Student who meets the eligibility requirements
METHOD OF DISTRIBUTION
- Scholarship funds will be mailed to the college, university or vocational school upon verification of enrollment.
MAINTAINING SCHOLARSHIP
- Student must be in good standing (acedemically) with the school
- Student must forward semester grades to the foundation each semester
